There are 2 exceptions where FREE SHIPPING will not apply, even if the order is over $500.

1. If you are a Wholesale Customers (those customers who after loging on are able to view the lower wholesale prices), then you are not able to get FREE SHIPPING, as you are already buying at lower prices.
2. Some of our products are too bulky to be able to easily ship, and as a result we need to spend more time and effort on packing an order to make sure that it gets to you undamaged. These products mainly include timber handrail and stainless steel tube, but there are a few others. If you add one of these products to your shopping cart, then FREE SHIPPING will automatically be disabled.

The amount we charge for shipping is based on how much your order weighs and where it is to be delivered to. This figure is not just the amount that transport companies charge us to deliver your order, it also covers a number of other costs including time to pack your order, the material used in the packing process, and the time it takes to invoice and prepare freight documents.
